The bright, modern kitchen flows into an open-plan living and dining area with expansive windows framing breathtaking ocean views across the Strait toward Sechelt and Gibson's Landing with the Coastal Mountain Range as backdrop. The main floor includes a queen bedroom and walk-in shower bathroom.

The deck features a private hot tub overlooking panoramic vistas. A split-level office with ocean views provides a tranquil workspace. The primary bedroom suite on the upper level includes a king bed, luxurious linens, and a spa-like ensuite with soaker tub and water views.

The lower level offers a spacious family room with soaker bed, flat-screen smart TV, wood-burning fireplace, breakfast bar with refrigerator and microwave, and a queen bedroom with shared three-piece bathroom.

Outdoors features a walk-out patio with barbecue and two seating areas, plus a comfortable lawn in the expansive backyard. Follow Blueback Road to the nearby beach, renowned for diving and octopus watching. Orcas visit in spring and summer. The beach is a ten-minute walk away.

Located between Nanaimo and Parksville, the property serves as an ideal base for exploring Vancouver Island attractions, festivals, shopping, and dining. Fairwinds Golf Course is 5 minutes away; Fairwinds marina and Nanoose Bay café, bar, and restaurants are a 5-minute walk. Nanaimo ferry terminal is 30 minutes north on Highway 19; Swartz Bay ferry terminal (near Victoria) is 2.5 hours away.
